To truly understand Morey Machining and Manufacturing, it's essential to know the story behind our founder, Tim Morey. Tim began his journey in precision CNC manufacturing as an apprentice at All State Tool and Die, guided by his brother-in-law, Fred Cooper. Tim's relentless work ethic and attention to detail allowed him to rise through the ranks and expand his knowledge at the Rochester Institute for Technology (RIT). After gaining experience at Bausch and Lomb, Tim faced a challenging situation when the company decided to move its operations overseas. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as Tim and his family embarked on a new chapter in Southwest Florida.

In 1998, Tim joined Shaw Area Devises, where his determination and commitment to quality propelled him to leadership positions within a few months. But Tim's ambitions didn't stop there. In 2001, he and another employee ventured out to start their own business, TK Machine, with just one lathe and one mill. Despite the setbacks caused by the 9/11 attacks and a hurricane that damaged their shop, Tim's unwavering dedication, hard work, and commitment to quality and customer service led to the success and growth of TK Machine.

In 2015, a new chapter began as TK Machine transitioned into Morey Machining and Manufacturing. With Brian and Rachel, Tim's son and daughter, taking on key roles within the company, the business expanded rapidly, increasing from four machines to an impressive fleet of 21 machines operating around the clock. Today, we serve a diverse customer base across industries such as aerospace, automotive, firearms, and defense, thanks to our unyielding dedication to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

At Morey Machining and Manufacturing, we continue to embrace Tim's founding principles: a strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch quality and outstanding customer service. We look forward to partnering with you and providing the highest level of machining and fabrication expertise to make your projects a resounding success.
